SHANKSVILLE, PA. (WUSA) -- Vice President Joe Biden and Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar will give keynote remarks on Tuesday at the September 11th observance at the Flight 93 National Memorial. The memorial is located in Shanksville, Pa.
The event is open to the public and beings at 9:30 a.m.
Flight 93 crashed at 10:03 a.m. on September 11, 2001. At that time on Tuesday, the names of the passengers and crew members will be read at the observance. Family members and community members will ring Bells of Remembrance, and there will be a wreath laying at the Wall of Names.
