WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- Do you find your personal life interfering with your professional life? You're not alone.

When asked what's your biggest distraction at work, 22 percent of people said "personal relationship issues" in a study done by the wellness company Com-Psych.

Nineteen percent said coworkers who want to chat while 16 percent say challenges with work relationships. Only 4 percent of us say things like cell phones and social media are the biggest distractions.
