SILVER SPRING, Md. (WUSA) -- Montgomery County Police say someone snatched money out of a person's hand inside a bank on Wednesday morning.
The theft happened at the TD Bank on Colesville Road in downtown Silver Spring.
The thief fled the scene and has not been found.
Police are investigating the incident.
