BROOKLYN PARK, Md. (WUSA) -- Two male teens were robbed Tuesday night while walking in the 5200 block of Ballman Avenue in Brooklyn Park. Anne Arundel County police say they were also punched during the robbery. They are now looking for three suspects.
The robbery victims told police that they were walking on Ballman Avenue when three males approached them and demanded they hand over money and property. Then, one suspect punched a victim and threw him to the ground. The victim's cell phone was taken from his pocket. The other two suspects punched the second victim before running away.
The suspects are described as "three white males in their 20's, wearing black bandanas over their faces." According to police, one suspect was approximately 5'8" tall with a heavy build, and was wearing cargo shorts. A second suspect was described as 5'8" tall, wearing cargo shirts and no shirt with tattoos on his left arm and right shoulder. The third suspect had a light-colored shirt.
