A 1991 Ford Taurus came up behind the Mustang and tried to pass it on the left, crossing the double yellow line as the Mustang was turning. The Taurus struck the side of the Mustang, then hit a pole.

The two occupants of the Mustang were not injured. The driver was Vanessa Rodgers, 26, and the passenger was Joshua Moglia, 37. both of Woodbine.

Preliminary investigation shows the Taurus was at fault for failure to stay right of the center line. No charges have been filed.
