Tracy Robert Young III of Halethorpe, Md. and Paul Douglas St. John of Glen Burnie, Md., Arrested On Controlled Substance Charges

BROOKLYN PARK, Md. (WUSA) - At a Feb. 18 traffic stop for a registration violation in the area of Belle Grove Road and Route 648, police arrested two men on controlled dangerous substance charges.

After observing what appeared to be a controlled dangerous substance inside the vehicle, the officer placed both occupants into custody. A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed over 196 grams of suspected marijuana along with over 54 grams of suspected cocaine.

 

Both suspects were arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute. The 1996 Acura was seized for asset forfeiture.

Tracy Robert Young III, 42, of 3813 Annapolis Road, Halethorpe, Md., and Paul Douglas St. John, 24, of 1102 Nottingham Drive, Glen Burnie, Md., were arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute. The car, a 1996 Acura, was seized for asset forfeiture.
