Man charged in Fairfax road rage incident

FAIRFAX, Va. (WUSA9) -- A Fairfax man is accused of hitting the hood of another driver's vehicle during an altercation last week.

According to Fairfax police, a 74-year-old man claimed on May 27th that he had gotten into an altercation with another driver. Both cars were stopped in the 11000 block of Lee Highway when the other driver struck the hood of his vehicle with an unknown object, say police. That driver then left the scene.

Twenty-three-year-old Teo Pamir Kulhanci was identified as the suspect following an investigation, according to police.

He was served on June 1 with warrants charging assault and destruction of property before being released on summonses.
