WATCH: First look inside Silver Line train run

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- The long wait for the Silver Line is finally over, which means plenty of people will be experiencing a lifestyle change in Northern Virginia come July 26. Before it officially opens, here's a sneak peek inside the first Silver Line train run, provided by Metro.

Passengers will be able to start riding the new line at noon on July 26, according to Metro. A round trip from Weihle Avenue to Largo will cost $11.80 if you are using a Metro Smart Card.

The cost of the first 11 miles of the Silver Line has topped $2.9 billion.
