Officers responded to the address at 4 a.m. on March 8 for the report of a domestic disturbance. During the investigation, one person was arrested for public intoxication. Once that person was secured in a police cruiser, police say Jackson jumped onto the cruiser's hood and refused to get off.

Officers attempted to remove her from the hood, which led to a struggle. During the altercation, police say Jackson kicked one of the officers multiple times in his knee. Minor injuries were reported.
