Police search for suspect in Exxon station robbery

WOODBRIDGE, Va. (WUSA9) -- Prince William County Police are looking for a suspect in connection with an Exxon service station robbery that happened on Thursday night in Woodbridge, Va.

Police said deputies responded to the incident at 130505 Minnieville Rd in Woodbridge to investigate a robbery. According to authorities, an employee reported the suspect entered the station and went up to the counter.

The suspect then pulled out a handgun and demanded money. Police said the employee gave him money and the suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No injuries were reported.

Police are describing the suspect as a white man between the ages of 23 and 27. He is between 5 feet 11 inches and 6 feet tall with a medium build.

The suspect was last seen wearing a gray long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, black skull cap, and a black bandanna over his face.
