All investigative files and evidence analysis in the Virginia tasering of the inmate, Natasha McKenna had been turned over to the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney for Fairfax County for review back in mid July.

McKenna was in custody of Fairfax County Sheriff's Office back in February when she had a medical emergency. She died on February 8. It was determined back in May by the Virginia Medical Examiner that four shots from a Taser helped cause the death of the mentally ill inmate.
