30,000 run in Marine Corps Marathon

The warm weather led to some runners becoming more exhausted than usual.

About 30,000 people ran in the 41st Marine Corps Marathon Sunday morning in Northern Virginia.

The runners 26.2 miles from near the Pentagon to the Marine Corps War Memorial in Rosslyn.

Some famous runners participating in this event are Clarence Thomas, Andy Baldwin, John Edwards, Oprah Winfrey, Jill Biden, Richie McDonald, Drew Carey, Mike Huckabee, Al Gore and Ted Koppel.
