(WUSA) -- Commuter Connections is offering $2 for people to carpool. It's a pilot program designed to ease traffic congestion in our region. The three month program is available to people who drive along I-395, the Beltway between Bethesda and Tysons Corner, and the Beltway betweein I-270 and the B/W Parkway.
