ROCKVILLE, Md. (WUSA) -- Thousands showed up for an H1N1 vaccine clinic in Rockville. The line of people waiting stretched for four blocks down Piccard Drive before the doors even opened at 9 a.m.

Within 90 minutes, all 250 doses of the injectable vaccine were gone. That left pregnant woman, people over 49 years old, and those with compromised immune systems out of luck.

Nancy Depastino, who is expecting a baby within weeks, waited anyway. There are six cases of H1N1 at her three year old daughter's school and she needed to get the mist vaccine for her.

County health officials had two thousand additional doses of the mist vaccine sent over and were able to accommodate everyone who was in the line by Noon.

More clinics are scheduled beginning next week, depending on the supply of vaccine.
