WASHINGTON, DC (WUSA) -- Thursday and Friday will be your last chances to watch Retirement Living TV's "Cronkite Commentaries."

RLTV is paying tribute to "The most trusted man in America." His commentaries include discussions about climate change, the electoral college, the Iraqi war and illegal immigration.

"The Cronkite Commentaries" re-airs at 2, 5, 8 and 11 p.m. (EST). You can also watch sneak in-depth previews on RLTVs website.

Cronkite is widely-known for his role as the CBS Evening News anchor from 1962 to 1981. He was famously known for ending his broadcasts with the phrase, "And that's the way it is."

Cronkite covered many historic events such as President John F. Kennedy's assassination, the Watergate scandal, the Vietnam War and the Iranian Hostage crisis.

"There is something that is so quintessentially American about Walter Cronkite, his honesty and candor in difficult times, said Katie Couric, the current CBS Evening News Anchor.

"If someone has integrity, to me, that is the finest attribute they can have. That means honor at a time when so many people are dishonorable. I think Walter Cronkite was and will always be the personification of those qualities," Couric added.

According to a June 25th Wall Street Journal article written by Brian Stelter, Cronkite was "seriously ill with cerebrovascular disease." He died on July 17 at the age of 92 in New York City.
