Twenty-year-old Angela Hernandez of Washington, was charged Wednesday night with first-degree felony murder. She was ordered held without bond Thursday.
On Tuesday, 27-year-old Peiro Emanuel Fuentes Hernandez of Capital Heights, Md., was charged with killing 68-year-old Michael Spevak and his wife, 67-year-old Virginia Spevak.
The psychiatrist and former teacher were found dead Saturday in their Friendship Heights home.
