VIENNA, Va. (WUSA) - Children with special needs and their families will be getting a new facility soon. It's called Jill's House and it will be located in Vienna, Virginia.
Members of the McLean Bible Church and other supporters of Jill's House gathered Saturday for a special ceremony and ground breaking for the new $10 million facility.
Its purpose is to provide care and support to children with special needs and their families through overnight respite and therapy programs.
The project was inspired by the needs of Jill Solomon and her family. Jill has suffered from seizures since birth and is totally dependent on her family and others.
