ARLINGTON, Va. (WUSA) -- Passengers heard a loud squeal, and they knew something was wrong.
9News Now producer Dan Guzman was one of the passengers on board the Orange Line Metro train that derailed on Monday. He says people on board did not panic, adding that they stayed in good moods.
He says Metro made several brief announcements after the derailment. Guzman says they were on the train for 45 minutes before getting on a rescue train.
