WASHINGTON, DC (WUSA9) --- For federal workers stressed out during the government shutdown, Keith Hall suggests some Tai Chi for starters.
He joined us on our noon show on Friday with Jeff Besougloff, a furloughed EPA worker. We asked how he heard about Tai Chi and how it relieves stress.
Both guests showed us some Tai Chi moves that they've been working on for the past couple of years.
See some of the moves in the video.
Tai Chi is a several thousand-year-old Chinese form of martial arts. Participants learn to master his or her emotional and physical energy.
