ROCKVILLE, Md. (WUSA9) -- Montgomery County police are looking for Tonya Simms of Rockville. They say Simms, who suffers from paranoid schizophrenia and a heart ailment, left her group home on Chadwick Lane Tuesday morning. According to police, She boarded a Metro bus and was supposed to travel to another group home in the Kemp Mill area but never arrived there.
Police describe Tonya Simms as a 53-year-old African-American woman who is approximately 5'4" tall and between 100 and 130 pounds. Police say she was last seen wearing a gray fitted cap, a black and white scarf, a brown coat with a fur collar, a multi-colored sweater, and a blue button-down shirt.
