(WUSA) -- Prince George's County Police say a bank robbery suspect described as having an apparent skin condition was spotted by D.C. police officers and later taken into custody.
Fifty-four-year-old Theandre Moore of D.C. was wanted in connection with a Bank of America robbery in Seat Pleasant from Tuesday morning. In that robbery, police released the suspect's description including the possibility he had a skin condition and with a description of his car.
Prince George's County Police say D.C. police officers saw a car fitting that description and stopped the car. They discovered the driver, Theandre Moore, also matched the suspect description. Moore was placed into custody for a traffic violation.
Police say Moore later admitted his involvement in the bank robbery.
He is being held in D.C. awaiting extradition to Maryland.
