(WUSA) -- Kyle Shanahan commented on Robert Griffin III's playing status on Thursday as RG3 recovers from spraining his right knee.
According to a Redskins tweet on Thursday, Shanahan said he doesn't know if RG3 has completely recovered:
"@Redskins K. Shanahan doesn't know if @RGIII is 100% yet, but he will be given the choice to wear the knee brace if he sees fit. #HTTR"
Griffin practiced with the team on Wednesday and it was reported that he did all of his usual work.
The Redskins play the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.
