WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- A Columbia Heights man has been severely injured as a result of an overnight robbery Sunday.
Police say the victim was pushed inside the lobby of his building on the 3500 block of 11st St. NW after midnight. A money and phone were stolen.
According to authorities, the victim suffered severe lacerations to the forehead. The right side of his face, including the eye area, is swollen.
The suspects are described as two black males, with one man in a gray hat, dark clothing and a small mustache.
