WASHINGTON (WUSA) - The Smithsonian National Zoo recently released a sneak peak of Mei Xiang's new cub that was born on Sunday.

Zoo staff and volunteers are closely monitoring both bears over the Panda Cam, but the keepers say the cub is very healthy and vocal.
