WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- Authorities are investigating after a reported white powder incident at the D.C. Jail. Three people, who are staff members, may have been exposed to the substance in the mail room of the jail.
We are told that there was about a teaspoon of powder in an envelope.
The three people are being isolated in the mail room.
