LEXINGTON PARK, Md. (WUSA) -- Meet this week's "Cutest K-9," Punkin, a 6-year-old Pomeranian who lives in Lexington Park, Md.
This lovable pup is very friendly, energetic, and loves meeting new people, animals, and amphibians. On her daily walks, Punkin, Punky for short, chases after frogs. Mom tells us she thinks, Punkin, wants to meet her Prince Charming because she gets close enough to kiss them before the frogs jump back in the pond.

Punkin is the ultimate cuddle bug and loves to snuggle under the covers with her family. In the mornings, she wakes up and eats breakfast with everyone before they run off to school. Her personal preference is cereal, mainly Corn Pops, but always tries her luck with mom's waffles.
When the family is out, Punkin, has two cat companions, Taczi and Prano. They run around all day together inside and outside, and then take naps.
This lovable ball of fur fancies vanilla ice cream, and wants nothing more than a gentle belly rub, and kiss goodnight before bedtime.
Punkin the Pomeranian is our fourteenth featured K-9. Every Friday, we will feature one adorable dog.
