WOODBRIDGE, Va. (WUSA) -- Police say that a Woodbridge, Va. man has been charged with burglary after a homeowner spotted him in the garage inside a vehicle on Tuesday.
The homeowner reported to police that the burglary happened in the 4600 block of Abott Ct in Woodbridge at 6:40 a.m. The homeowner reportedly encountered a man in the garage inside a vehicle. Police say that the man fled on foot when he was discovered by the homeowner but was found by police nearby.
Twenty-six-year-old James Andrew Robinson was arrested and is being held without bond. He has a court date set for July 31.
