WASHINGTON (WUSA) -- Part of the new Eleventh Street bridge is scheduled to open Thursday.
The new crossing will accommodate two-way local traffic. It will include a temporary walkway for pedestrians and cyclists.
The bridge is scheduled to be complete this fall.
