Matt Damon and Richard Dreyfuss are in DC for an education march. Bill Cosby is he here for the Omega Psi Phi Reunion along with Steve Harvey and Shaquille O'Neal. Kobe Bryant is in town to play soccer with Mia Ham and Nomar Garciaparra.
