MANASSAS, Va. (WUSA) -- A man has been arrested for "maintaining a bawdy place," police said.

Shane Taylor, 42, of Manassas was running a brothel out of his home on 8555 Yoder Street, police said.

Taylor had been running the house of ill repute for the past five months, police said.

At around 2:15 a.m. Monday, police raided Taylor's home and found what they are calling "significant evidence" he was receiving money earned by male and female prostitutes.

Taylor was released on a $10,000 secure bond, pending a court date of December 21, 2010.
