LORTON, Va. (WUSA) -- Telegraph Road was shut down for almost four and a half hours early Thursday morning after a crash took down a utility pole.
Fairfax County Police officials tell 9 NEWS NOW a passenger vehicle struck a utility pole on Telegraph Road near Lockport Place in Lorton around 12:30 a.m. Police say the impact brought down the pole, scattering wires in the roadway.
Police say no one was seriously injured in the crash.
Officials with the power and cable companies responsible for the downed wires responded to the scene and were able to restore the pole and wires around 4:50 a.m.
