TAKOMA PARK, Md. (WUSA) -- Police in Takoma Park are interviewing a 'person of interest" after a disgusting crime unnerved a local college campus. The alleged crime took place inside the library at the Takoma Park campus of Montgomery College.

"I mean, that's really offensive. I don't know what else to tell you," said a female student.

Offensive and shocking that a man allegedly exposed himself and ejaculated on the arm of a female student as she studied in the school library.

DIFFERENT CASE: Man Suspected In Semen Attacks Linked To More Cases

"That's crazy," said another female student who had just left the library. "I guess I'll start studying at home. That's crazy."

"You never want to hear or read reports like this," said Elizabeth Homan, a spokeswoman for Montgomery College.

The incident happened over the weekend. The victim reported the crime right away.

"She contacted our library employee and she asked the library employee to call 9-1-1 and our security office," said Homan.

School security guards chased the suspect across campus, but he got away. This incident has prompted Montgomery College to review its security measures on campus. There -was- surveillance video of the suspect as he fled the scene. And that helped police get details of the suspect and his car.

'Wow, that's terrible. We've been talking about this earlier. News is really terrible. To hear about this sort of thing at this school," said a male student.

"My first reaction was, I guess it's 2010. This is what they do nowadays. A millennium crime," said another male student.

Police were able to get DNA evidence from the victim. She told investigators she did not know the suspect.

Remarkably, this isn't the first time police in Montgomery County have been investigating a case involving a semen attack. 28 year-old Michael Wayne Edwards Jr. was arrested in August and charged with spraying the fluid onto several female shoppers.
