Police: Bicyclist exposed himself on trail

STERLING, Va. (WUSA9) -- A Sterling man is charged with indecent exposure after an incident on the Washington and Old Dominion Trail, according to authorities.

Loudoun County Sheriff's Office officials say on Tuesday evening a woman was running on the Washington and Old Dominion when she saw a man on a bicycle. The woman reported that a man passed her, turned around and passed her again before stopping. Then, he exposed himself to her.

Authorities were able to locate the suspect, who they identified as 40-year-old Jeremy P. Osinski of Sterling. He was charged with indecent exposure before being released on a $2,500 bond.
