Man arrested for 2002 Md. murder, awaiting extradition

SILVER SPRING, Md. (WUSA9) -- Montgomery County Police confirm that a man wanted for the 2002 murder of Winston King has been arrested in New York.

The New York Post reports that federal marshals caught Kevin Reynolds at John F. Kennedy International Airport late Sunday night. According to the Post's sources, he was waiting to board a flight to Kingston.

The Post reports that Reynolds was going by the name of Dennis Graham and that he "climbed the ranks at popular reggae and dancehall music label 21st Hapilos Digital Distribution that lists offices on Madison Avenue as well as in Jamaica."

Charging documents list his name as Kevin Reynolds a.k.a Clement Raynolds of the 1060 block of E. 42nd St. in Brooklyn. He was arrested for the shooting death of King at approximately 11 p.m. on November 18, 2002 at 3326 Parkford Manor Drive in the Briggs Chaney area of Montgomery County.

Montgomery County Police say Reynolds is awaiting extradition to Maryland.
