Inspectors closed Tortilla Coast, 400 1st Street, SE DC; Fuddruckers, 819 Ellsworth Drive, Silver Spring, Md.; and Kenny's Carryout, 5427 5th Street, NW
DC. All the restaurants passed re-inspection and are back in business.

Inspectors closed Tortilla Coast on 1st Street, SE in February reporting 29 violations, including rodent feces and no hot water.
In a statement, Tortilla Coast says, "As a Capitol Hill institution for the past 25 years, we are committed to the utmost standards for health."
In Maryland the Restaurant Alert App shows Fuddruckers on Ellsworth Drive in Silver Spring closed in March because the establishment's hot water was "out of compliance."
