Redskins to honor 9/11 victims during Monday's game

LANDOVER, MD (WUSA9) - The Washington Redskins will honor the victims from 9/11 in Monday night's game, according to a tweet sent out Friday. 

The team will wear a helmet decal in honor of the victims who tragically lost their lives in the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks. 

Sunday marks the 15th anniversary of 9/11. 

The Redskins will host the Pittsburgh Steelers for Monday Night Football. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:10 p.m.
