5 suspects arrested in Prince William Co. burglaries

LAKE RIDGE, Va. (WUSA9) -- Prince William County police say they have arrested multiple people following an extensive investigation into a series of burglaries in February.

The burglaries occurred in the Lake Ridge area on February 7, according to police. During the investigation, police say they connected the suspects to three other burglaries on February 10. One of those burglaries was in Triangle and another was in Woodbridge.

Police say in most cases, the suspects entered the homes during the day through a rear sliding glass door which was broken out. Electronics, cash, jewelry, and firearms were reported missing, according to police.

Police say they have arrested and charged the following suspects:

  • Delonta Marquice Badie, 25, of Alexandria, charged with 5 counts of burglary and 5 counts of grand larceny
  • Reshaud Dequan Westbrook, 22, of Alexandria, charged with 3 counts of burglary, 3 counts of grand larceny, 1 count of attempted burglary, 1 count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and 1 count of conspiracy to commit burglary
  • Gavin Gerald Simms, 24, charged with 7 counts of burglary, 7 counts of grand larceny, 1 count of attempted burglary, 1 count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and 1 count of conspiracy to commit burglary
  • Doreen Sibeth Adams, 21, of Woodbridge, charged with 1 count of receiving stolen property and 1 count of obtaining money by false pretenses
  • Donte Antonio Kilgore, 22, of Triangle, charged with 2 counts of burglary, 2 counts of grand larceny, 1 count of attempted burglary, and 1 count of conspiracy to commit burglary
