WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- A U.S. State Department employee was charged Tuesday for using a communications device to solicit a juvenile.
Daniel Rosen, 44, of Northwest Washington was arrested at his home by the Fairfax County Child Exploitation Unit, according to police.
The charge stemmed from an online investigation regarding exchanges Rosen had with a detective.
Rosen will be extradited to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center within the next 10 days.
Rosen was denied bond due to the "gravity of the charge," the judge in his case said.
