Police seek public's help in December homicide

MANASSAS PARK, Va. (WUSA9) -- Police are seeking the public's help in solving a December Virginia homicide.

Michael Cole, a resident of the 9400 block of Robin Lee Court, was found dead in a parking lot at 9:28 a.m. on Dec. 27, 2013, police say. Cole, 38, had been shot between 5:40 and 6 a.m.

The Manassas Park Police Department is asking for the community's help with this case. Anyone with information concerning this incident or who may have witnessed any suspicious activity in the area is asked to contact Detective Frank Winston at 703-361-1136 or Detective Steve Loving at 703-361-1136.
