Police respond to animal complaint in DC

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Police were called to a home in DC after an animal complaint.

Police arrived at the intersection of 61st Street and Clay Street, N.E. around 5:31 p.m. When they arrived there, one of the officers fired a round of shots at a Pitbull dog. It is not clear if the dog was shot. The dog is still on the loose, officials said.
