Police arrest man for multiple car thefts

ALEXANDRIA, Va. (WUSA9) -- Police have arrested a 19-year-old in connection to several car's which were stolen from the City of Alexandria.

Quran Ozae Middleton Bey has been charged with 'two counts of Grand Larceny Auto, Felony Destruction of Property, and Conspiracy to Commit Grand Larceny,' police said.

Bey stole items from inside the cars, that he was unable to steal. All the crimes were committed between March 2013 and January 2014.
