Strong overnight storms cause damage in Pr. George's

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. (WUSA9) -- Strong overnight storms caused damage in several parts of Prince George's County.

County public works officials say there are reports of trees down along Old Marlboro Pike and Charles Hill Boulevard and at 406 Aragona Drive in Fort Washington. Contractors have been called to downed tree locations on Livingston Road and Ritchie Marlboro Road as well.

Additional trees are down at the intersections of Livingston Road and Birchwood Drive and Ritchie Marlboro Road at Pennsylvania Avenue.

In Oxon Hill, a tree struck a home in the area of Oxon Hill Road and Fort Foote Road.
