FOUND: 3 DC siblings missing since Thanksgiving Day

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) - UPDATE: DC police located three missing kids: 8-year-old Leandna Rice, 11-year-old Leandra Rice, and 14-year-old Andrell Rice.

They were last seen on Thanksgiving day, Thursday, November 23, on the 4500 block of South Dakota Avenue, Northeast. They were reported missing on November 24. 

The children are siblings and were last seen with their biological mother, Emily Rice, at the time of their disappearance. 

According to officials, 8-year-old Leandna Rice is a black girl with a medium brown complexion, 4’9” in height, 45 pounds, with black braided hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black jacket, dark jeans, and gray tennis shoes.

Police said 11-year-old Leandra Rice is a black girl with a medium brown complexion, 5’0” in height, 60 pounds, with black braided hair and brown eyes. 

She was last seen wearing a dark jacket, light blue jeans, and a gray top.

14-year-old Andrell Rice is a black boy with a medium brown complexion, 5’3” in height, 75 pounds, with black hair, a Mohawk-style haircut, and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a green camouflage jacket, black and gray jeans, a striped sweater and gray shoes.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of these three kids is asked to call the Metropolitan Police Department at 202-727-9099, the Youth and Family Services Division at 202-576-6768, or 911.
