GLEN BURNIE, Md. (WUSA9) -- Two men face robbery and gun charges and a third suspect is on the run following an early Wednesday morning incident in Anne Arundel County.
It happened around 12:16 a.m. in the 300 block of Mountain Ridge Court in Glen Burnie, where officers met a 22-year-old victim who indicated that he had been held up at gunpoint by multiple men.
The victim had been alerted by a neighbor to suspicious individuals in the parking lot, and when he went to investigate, he was suddenly accosted by two male suspects, police said. One suspect pointed a shotgun at the victim and another pointed a handgun.
The suspects went through the victims pockets and left the scene without obtaining any property, police said. A witness observed the suspects leave in a vehicle and notified police. Officers were able to locate the vehicle and several occupants nearby on Somerset Bay Drive. One suspect fled on foot and was not located, police said.
A shotgun and handgun were recovered, and two suspects were positively identified by the witness.
Jevon Ishaia Murk, 23, of 2409 Round Road, Cherry Hill, Md., and Marshall Leslie Hall, 28, of 385 Valiant Circle, Glen Burnie, Md., are charged with armed robbery, robbery, first and second degree assault, handgun on person, handgun in vehicle, handgun used in a violent, felony crime and reckless endangerment, police said.
