The hunt for Davon Wallace continues

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. (WUSA9) -- Frustrated Prince George's County police are still looking for the alleged killer of a 3-year-old girl.

25-year-old Davon Wallace is accused of firing wildly into a home on August 9th after arguing with another young man who Wallace accused of wearing his clothes.

The only casualty was 3- year-old, Knijah Bibb. It's the reason police want Wallace so badly.

Police believe that Wallace has gone very far and they suspect he may have had a lot of help.

Investigators said that earlier discussions with the family lawyer about surrendering Wallace broke off.

Investigators told WUSA9 that : "We seek the assistance of the community at large to bring this matter to an end. And those persons that are offering Mr. Wallace a place to sleep, money to flee, a ride to leave the area, you will be subjected as appropriate to criminal charges."

Already, 24-year- old, Brian Ray Campbell has been arrested and charged with supplying Wallace with the gun used to kill Knijah and giving Wallace a ride away from the shooting scene.

Wallace, the man who allegedly shot up a house and killed a beautiful toddler over an argument about clothes is still on the run. Police here think Wallace still has the gun he used. and might use it again.

There is a $25,000 reward for any information that can lead to the capture and arrest of Davon Wallace.
