Suspects sought in theft outside MD daycare

WALKERSVILLE, Md. (WUSA9) -- The Frederick County Sheriff's Office needs your help identifying two suspects in connection to a theft outside a daycare.

On July 29th, a woman's purse was stolen from the front seat of her car while she was dropping her children off at the Children's World Daycare on Discovery Boulevard in Walkersville, the sheriff's office said.

The victim's credit and debit cards were used to make several unauthorized purchases following the theft, the sheriff's office said.

The Sheriff's office is looking to question two suspects in connection with this incident.

The first suspect is described as a white male, about 20 years old, with an average build and dark hair, about 5'7" tall. He was seen wearing blue jeans, white tennis shoes and a black hooded sweatshirt, the sheriff's office said.

The second suspect is described as a white female, approximately 20 years old, 5'6" tall with an average build and black hair. She was seen wearing a black baseball hat, a black long sleeve shirt, a black tank top, blue jeans and tan work boots, the sheriff's office said.
