Pr. George's County Bank robber wanted

RIVERDALE, Md. (WUSA9) -- Police are trying to find a suspect in connection with a Wells Fargo Bank robbery that happened around 1:15 p.m. Thursday on Baltimore Avenue in Riverdale.

The Prince George's County Police Department said the man walked into the bank located in the 6200 block of Baltimore Avenue armed with a weapon and demanded money from the teller.

Police said the suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of money.

The man is described as an African-American man, with a mustache, in his 50's, about 6 feet tall and around 180 and 200 pounds.

According to authorities, he was wearing a black coat and black pants with Timberland boots. The suspect also had a black hat with a Redskins logo on.
