Multiple heroin arrests in Anne Arundel Co.

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY (WUSA9) -- Five people from Anne Arundel County have been arrested for possession of heroin and other drugs.

At 10 p.m. on June 11, officials executed a search warrant at 314 Old Riverside Drive in Brooklyn Park, Md. and recovered 10 capsules of heroin and $734 dollars U.S. currency, police say.

Dawn Christina Inocencio, 36, of 314 Old Riverside in Baltimore, Md., was arrested and charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance not marijuana.

On June 19, at 12:15 p.m.,officials searched a suspicious vehicle with four subjects in the parking lot of Green Orchard Drive in Glen Burnie, police said.

Officials found more than $2,160 dollars worth of heroin and $220 dollars worth of marijuana, police said. An Audi A6 vehicle and $210 cash were also seized by police.

Suspects Vernell Jamore Williams, 23, from 109 Conley Drive in Annapolis, Md; Marcus Ravon Johnson, 23, from 140 Conley Drive in Annapolis, Md.; Joseph Alexander Lusk, 22, from 1407 James Way Edgewater, Md.; and Michael Covington Elliot, 20, from 293 Bartow Road, Prince Frederick, Md. were arrested and charged with distribution and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
