Md. woman arrested for tampering with vehicles

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WUSA9) -- Anne Arundel County Police Department arrested a 24-year-old woman for tampering with a vehicle Friday afternoon in Annapolis, Md.

Officers responded to the 2000 block of Homewood Rd. Annapolis for the report of a woman tampering with vehicles around 4 p.m.

The victim was walking out of his home and spotted a woman pulling the door handle of his vehicle, according to the victim. The vehicle was parked in the driveway of his home and the vehicle doors were locked, police said.

The man yelled at the woman, who then ran away, according to the victim.

Police found the suspect at Homewood Road and Baltimore Annapolis Blvd. Lorraine Elizabeth Bridenstine, 24, of Chester, Md. was arrested and is being charged with rogue and vagabond, trespassing and attempted theft under $1000, police said.
