Md. police continue investigating Cecil County shooting

COLORA, Md. (WUSA9) -- Maryland State Police Department is investigating a shooting involving a Cecil County man that happened on July 1.

According to police, the victim, Jonathan Pascuzzi, 23, of Colora, Md. was taken to the hospital for his injuries. Authorities said, Pascuzzi's younger brother, James Pascuzzi, 21 has been charged with manufacturing and possession of marijuana, drug trafficking and other firearm and related charges.

Police said deputies found Jonathan Pascuzzi sitting on the front porch of his residence in Colora with two gunshot wounds.

During the investigation, deputies found three regulated handguns along with drugs and drug paraphernalia, which led to the charges against James Pascuzzi.

Police said they are still investigating the shooting and are asking anyone with information to call 410-996-7800.
